End User License Agreement for 'Penguin Puzzle' by Nuclide.com BVBA

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

General

This License Agreement for 'Penguin Puzzle' ('the Game' or 'the Software') is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Nuclide.com BVBA ('Nuclide.com'). Except as specifically provided below, the terms of this License Agreement apply to all versions of the Game, including versions acquired without charge ('shareware' or 'trialware'), full versions for which a fee is charged, and any license keys if applicable.
Acceptance of License Terms

Your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, do not install the Software.
Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms of this License Agreement, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 21 days. If you use this software after the 21-day evaluation period a registration fee is required. Unregistered use of the software after the 21-day evaluation period is in violation of international copyright laws.

We encourage everyone to freely distribute the evaluation version of this Software. However, you may not in any way charge or request donations for copies of this Software without prior written permission. You are invited to obtain the most recent version on the Nuclide.com web site. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the evaluation version you are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the evaluation version of this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of the original evaluation version to anyone; and distribute the evaluation version of the software and documentation in its unmodified form. Grant of License

You may use the Software on any single computer. You may use the game on a second computer so long as the first and second computers are not used simultaneously. If you wish to use the Software on several computers, you should purchase several single licenses. You may make a copy of the Software for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original Software's proprietary notices. Possession of the registered version of the Software is permitted only to the registered user. You may not sublicense, rent, lease or transfer the software.
Modification
------------
You may not alter or modify this Software in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, code, graphics, sound, installation and documentation. You are not allowed to emulate, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reverse engineer the Software. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
Title
-----
Nuclide.com reserves all rights not expressly granted here. Title, ownership, rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game and Documentation shall remain in Nuclide.com and/or its suppliers. This license gives you no rights to such content. Any permissions granted herein are provided on a temporary basis and can be withdrawn by Nuclide.com at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game and documentation are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuclide.com and its suppliers further disclaim all warranties, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The user expressly assumes the entire risk of using the program. Any liability of Nuclide.com will be limited exclusively to product replacement or refund of the purchase price.
Termination
-----------
This License Agreement shall terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described in this license. No notice shall be required from Nuclide.com to effectuate such termination. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game and Documentation.
